Hoodie Pre Order FAQ
Here are the details for our limited time pre-ordering.
Hoodies/Crewnecks are NOT on hand. No minimum is required to order.
Upon round closing, orders will be sent to the printer for printing. Turn around time is roughly 4 to 6 weeks from order submit date to ship to us and up to 2 weeks to embroider and ship to customers. Often this turn around is much shorter, however please note that this is only an estimate and can take longer due to things beyond our control (i.e. shipping delays, holidays, reprinting)
Pre-orders are open from January 21, 2026 – February 6, 2026.
You can change or modify your order anytime during the pre-order period. Once the pre-order closes, no changes or modifications can be made to your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if your order has been shipped we are unable to change it.
If your order is returned due to an inaccurate address, please email us at support@coveredbycolors.com. You will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
Production takes approximately 3–6 weeks after the pre-order window closes. Sometimes faster and sometimes more. By purchasing our pre-order items you acknowledge and agree that you are okay with this shipping window for your order.
Due to this being a small batch custom order, we do not offer reutrns or exchanges. We want to always make you happy so if you are unhappy with your order please message us at support@coveredbycolors.com.
Please reach out to us within 60 days to resolve any issues with your order. Assistance cannot be provided outside this window.
Yes, as of January 2024, there is a limit of 6 coloring books per customer. Orders exceeding this limit will be canceled and refunded.
