Right now we use a combination of AI Image generators with A LOT of post editing in Procreate & Adobe Photoshop! We also draw more components into our designs using procreate.
Right now our processing time varies between 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). Please be aware that processing time (making and packaging your books) does NOT include shipping time.
Unfortunately we are not Amazon! Right now we do not accept any returns or exchanges. However if something is wrong with your order when it arrives PLEASE reach out to us so we can try our best to fix it.
We are human so we do make mistakes! Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can help you! Please note at the 30 day window we may not be able to help you with order issues.
We are not responsible or liable for any fees OR extra fees regarding your order. You will see the fees calculated automatically at checkout but please know the custom rules in your country prior to ordering.
